Keywords:

This study examines the human rights implications of contemporary Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems at a global scale. Drawing on 45 academic and policy sources (2019–2025), the paper identifies key areas of concern—privacy, equality, freedom of expression, accountability, and socio-economic rights—and quantifies their prominence. Using qualitative synthesis and descriptive statistical analysis, the research maps sectoral and cross-national patterns, highlights correlations between data intensity and rights risk, and proposes governance measures grounded in human rights norms.
