ETHICAL AND LEGAL CHALLENGES OF AI CREATIVITY: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has led to increased accessibility and ease of use in creative applications, while simultaneously raising ethical and legal challenges. This systematic review aims to explore the consequences of premature adoption of unbridled AI technology, particularly in the context of AI-generated creative content. The study focuses on the ethical dilemmas and risks associated with AI creativity, such as questions of authorship, ownership, and originality. This study is an effort to ascertain the creative aspects of machine as well as human mind by analyzing ethical and legal challenges and prospects of AI through the systematic literature review using PRISMA Model Using the PRISMA model, a comprehensive literature review is conducted to analyze the need for responsive and adaptive policies that ensure ethical measures in the face of challenges posed by AI in the media landscape. Systematic literature review helps in minimizing biasness and maximizing the contribution of empirical studies in stated field. The review also examines the potential risks to intellectual property rights and the necessity for concrete safeguards. The study aims to contribute to the understanding of how AI-generated creations can be connected to formulate ethical and legal frameworks, benefiting society in the application of innovative technologies. The insights gained from this research provides a foundation for stakeholders to develop measures that protect creativity, novelty, and uniqueness in the era of technological advancement.
