INFLUENCE OF HEAD TEACHERS’ON TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE IN BALOCHISTAN: REINFORCED BEHAVIOR STUDY

Balochistan is one of the deteriorated province in Pakistan. Relatively educational standards are also less than other provinces. To assess various factors in secondary schools study “Influence of Head Teachers’ on Teachers’ Performance in Balochistan: Reinforced Behavior Study” was conducted. Objectives of the study were (1) To identify the Influence of Head Teachers’ on teachers’ motivation at secondary schools in tehsil Sui, Balochistan; (2) To investigate the Influence of Head Teachers’ on teachers’ pedagogy at secondary schools in Tehsil Sui, Balochistan; (3) To examine the Influence of Head Teachers’ on teachers’ academic performance at secondary schools in Tehsil Sui, Balochistan. Quantitative approach was used and study was descriptive in nature. Survey technique was used for collection of data. Population of the study were Head teachers, Teachers and students of secondary school in Tehsil Sui, Balochistan. Simple random sampling technique was adopted. Questionnaire was self developed and validated by experts. Researcher personally visited the selected secondary schools and collected data from head teacher, secondary schools teachers and students. Data was cleaned and entered in SPSS software, analyzed using relevant statistical formulas and tests like frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
